Dear user, before accessing or using our product, please carefully read all the contents of these Terms of Service, especially our disclaimer and the clauses limiting your rights.

Confirmation of Service Terms
1.1 These Terms of Service constitute an agreement between you (the user) and our affiliated app(s), under which our affiliated app(s) provide services to you.
1.2 The term "user" in these Terms of Service refers to both logged-in and non-logged-in users, all of whom must abide by all our service terms.
1.3 If you are representing a company when using our services, you must explicitly confirm that you have the authority to represent the company. Your acceptance of these Terms of Service will be automatically considered as the company's acceptance of these Terms of Service. These Terms of Service constitute a prerequisite for your use of our services. Except where prohibited by law, your access or use of our services will be deemed as your complete acceptance of these Terms of Service and any modified versions thereof at any time.
1.4 We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without further notice. The modified content, once published, will replace the original terms of service and constitute part of these terms. If a user does not agree to the modified terms, they may choose to discontinue use or cancel any services already obtained. If the user chooses to continue accessing or using our services after the terms have been changed, it will be deemed as the user's acceptance of the modified terms of service.

Our Services
2.1 We provide, but are not limited to, the following services:
2.1.1 Direct ownership or operation of client applications, software, or any other network and communication environment for user use.
2.1.2 Use of servers directly owned or operated by us to provide users with information network storage space.
2.1.3 Any other technology and services provided by us.
2.2 We provide users with information network storage space and related platform services according to user instructions. Users utilize our services to upload "content," defined as videos, audios, or any other form of content including information, data, text, software, music, news, photos, graphics, videos, information, or any other materials themselves and corresponding links, uploaded, posted, or transmitted through our services as referred to in the preceding clause.
2.3 Users hereby declare and warrant that they have all necessary rights to all content uploaded to us and assume all legal responsibilities, including but not limited to: the right or lawful authorization to use or authorize us to use all patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, performer's rights, and other proprietary rights related to the uploaded content.
2.4 Regarding the "content" in clause 2.3, unless otherwise agreed, users agree to grant us a global, free, irrevocable, perpetual, and transferable non-exclusive license to use. We have the right to display, distribute, and promote the aforementioned content as appropriate and have the right to copy, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise use or authorize third parties to copy, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise use the aforementioned content in any form.
2.5 We do not guarantee that all uploaded content can be accessed or browsed by other users through our services or any other internet transmission channels. We reserve the right to review uploaded programs in accordance with the requirements of national laws and regulations, and have the right to remove or disconnect links to illegal or infringing works without prior notice. This clause does not exclude your guarantee of the copyright of uploaded content, nor does it indicate the responsibility and capability to judge the copyright ownership of the works you upload. We do not assume any responsibility for the deletion or storage failure of user-posted information, and we have the right to judge whether the user's behavior complies with the relevant provisions of the terms of service and terminate the user's right to use in accordance with such provisions.
2.6 We hereby remind you that when using the service, you may come into contact with unpleasant, inappropriate, or offensive content, and you hereby agree to waive any claims against us arising therefrom. However, we have the right to stop transmitting any aforementioned content and take corresponding actions, including but not limited to suspending your use of our services in accordance with the law and reporting to relevant authorities without prior notice.
2.7 User behavior must abide by norms. Users shall not use the services we provide for any illegal, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise violating public order and good customs, including but not limited to illegal pyramid schemes, fraud, infringement, and reactionary activities. We have the right to immediately delete the related content of such activities and suspend the account used for such activities based on our independent judgment without prior notice.
2.8 Except as otherwise agreed between users and us, you agree that our services are for your personal non-commercial use only. You may not copy, replicate, sell, or use any part of our services or use and obtain them for investigation, advertising, or any other commercial purposes. However, this does not apply to specific services with usage guidelines or rules provided by us. Without our written consent, users may not use our services for sales or other commercial purposes.
2.9 All rights to any software (including but not limited to any images, photos, animations, videos, recordings, music, text, and additional programs and accompanying help materials contained in the software) used by us to provide network services belong to the copyright owner of the software. Without the permission of the copyright owner of the software, you may not engage in reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of the software, or otherwise discover the original code of the software. Otherwise, you shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities to the copyright owner of the software.
2.10 Additional provisions or agreements may apply to our services as separately specified.

User Login
3.1 When your password or account is used without authorization, or when any other security issues arise, you will promptly and effectively notify us.
3.2 You agree not to engage in the following behaviors when logging into our services:
3.2.1 Intentionally impersonating others for login.
3.2.2 Logging in under someone else's name without their lawful authorization.
Any users who violate this clause may have their third-party account usage canceled by us.
3.3 We guarantee that all third-party account information provided by you to us will be kept confidential in accordance with our privacy protection policy, except for disclosures required by mandatory national laws.
3.4 For users who upload false or inappropriate videos, we reserve the right to delete the videos, terminate the user's eligibility to use our services, and pursue legal responsibilities.

User Privacy System
Respecting user privacy is a fundamental policy of ours. Without the user's authorization to legally log in and use our services, we promise not to disclose, edit, use, or disclose the user's information and non-public content stored in our various services, except in the following cases:
4.1 Complying with relevant legal regulations, including providing information content posted by users on our platform and its posting time, internet address or domain name when requested by relevant national authorities.
4.2 Complying with our various service and product service procedures, as well as matching user information with third-party data for commercial needs or providing statistical data about users to business partners.

Disclaimer
5.1 We cannot guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of any information, content, or advertisements, collectively referred to as "information," obtained from us by users. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses and liabilities arising from any transactions and/or actions not directly involving us. 5.2 Users bear the risk of using any materials downloaded from or obtained through us; the user shall be fully responsible for any damage to their computer system or loss of data resulting from such use. 5.3 We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by the user's improper or illegal use of the product and services, purchase of goods, participation in online transactions, or failure to provide timely and accurate information. 5.4 We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, loss of content, garbled messages, erroneous reception, inability to receive, or delayed reception of text messages sent by users due to failures in domestic and foreign basic telecommunications operators' mobile communication networks, technical defects, coverage limitations, force majeure, computer viruses, hacker attacks, user location, user shutdown, or other factors beyond our technical capabilities.
